1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Exceptions apply when the seal on goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire has been broken after delivery; many food supplements fall under this exception once opened. Sealed products may be returned within the withdrawal period if you have not broken the seal.

2. Defective or damaged items

If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not as described, contact us promptly with photographs and your order reference. We will propose repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under statutory warranty rules.
